Job Title: Staff Software Developer

We're seeking a highly skilled Staff Software Developer to join our team in Winnipeg. As a key member of our development team, you'll lead with technical excellence, shaping the architecture and direction of our services while mentoring others.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure high-quality software
  • Shape the future of our system design through technical planning
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and bring new ideas to strategic initiatives
  • Understand and lead the solutioning of complex technical problems
  • Drive the adoption of best practices in the development process
Requirements:
  • Expertise in back-end development, including data, APIs, queues, security, and scalable systems
  • Familiarity with web and mobile technologies, and an ability to work with designers
  • Experience with technical planning and effectively communicating plans
  • Advanced experience in languages and technologies used by our team, such as TypeScript and GraphQL
  • Understanding of cloud infrastructure, devops, and CI/CD
