About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our team at Balu Printing Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and guide junior graphic designers and graphic arts technicians to ensure high-quality output.
  • Estimate and manage project timelines to deliver graphic designs and illustrations on schedule.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their communication needs and develop tailored illustration solutions.
  • Develop and produce engaging sketches and final illustrations that meet client expectations.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate production for various materials, including print, audio-visual, and electronic media.
  • Establish and maintain guidelines for illustrators and photographers to ensure consistency in visual content.
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment with a standard 35-hour workweek.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
