We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team at Balu Printing Ltd. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for developing and producing high-quality visual content for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Collaboration: Supervise and guide other graphic designers or graphic arts technicians to ensure the delivery of exceptional results.
- Project Planning and Management: Estimate time and resources required for graphic design and illustration projects, and adapt existing illustrations to meet client needs.
- Client Consultation and Communication: Work closely with clients to determine the nature and content of illustrations, and develop and produce realistic or representational sketches and final illustrations.
- Production and Coordination: Coordinate all aspects of production for print, audio-visual, or electronic materials, and establish guidelines for illustrators or photographers.
- Client Communication and Relationship Building: Consult with clients to establish the overall look, graphic elements, and content of communications materials, and determine the medium best suited to produce the desired visual effect.
- Education and Experience: A degree in a related field and 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Language and Work Environment: Fluency in English and the ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Work Schedule: 35 hours per week.
