Mobile Sales Leadership Expert

At The Mobile Shop, our goal is to provide Canadians with the best mobile devices and rate plans available. Our team of dynamic Mobilists (Wireless Store Managers and Wireless Sales Representatives) work together to deliver unparalleled customer service at each retail store location.
We are seeking a dedicated Store Manager to lead and motivate our team of Mobilists. As a frontline advisor, you will guide customers towards their optimal phone of choice and rate plan options that align with their unique lifestyles, in addition to connected home services to meet their needs.
Mobilists play a pivotal role in connecting Canadians with the latest innovations in telecommunications while having fun and earning an exceptional commission from sales.

A typical day as a Wireless Store Manager at The Mobile Shop includes:
* Leading and Motivating a Team: Lead and motivate a team of Wireless Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
* Engaging Customers: Actively participate in engaging customers in sales activities as part of your daily responsibilities.
* Providing Training and Coaching: Provide ongoing training, coaching, and development to Wireless Sales Representatives to improve their skills, product knowledge, and customer service abilities.
* Developing Sales Strategies: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and achieve business objectives.
* Monitoring Performance: Monitor and evaluate the performance of Wireless Sales Representatives, providing feedback, and implementing performance improvement plans as needed.
* Ensuring Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that the highest level of service is provided to all customers, resolving escalations, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
* Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels and implement a strategy to minimize shrinkage and inventory turnover.
* Product Placement: Manage product placement, signage, and displays to maximize sales and enhance the customer shopping experience.
* Financial Management: Adhere to store-level budgets by effectively managing expenses, labour costs, and financial performance.
* Ad-hoc Duties: Perform ad-hoc duties and tasks as required.
The estimated salary for this position is around $70,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on location and experience. This figure is based on industry standards for similar positions in Canada.
