As a Sales Development Representative at Almag Aluminum, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction. This position requires a strong understanding of business operations and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Outside Sales Team to maximize sales penetration and achieve sales goals.
  • Utilize consultative selling techniques to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Update CRM systems with accurate and timely information, ensuring seamless communication with internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
  • Work closely with Engineering and Production teams to drive innovation and improve extrusion design, assembly, function, and price.
  • Provide regular reports on quality requirements, market trends, and competitive information.
  • Manage the Quote Log and adhere to established pricing guidelines.
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Qualify potential customers and provide necessary information to the Credit Department.
  • Investigate and resolve Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) in a timely manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, working closely with Production staff to ensure outstanding results.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment, assisting colleagues as needed and promoting a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Comply with all quality-related policies, procedures, and system requirements.
  • Attend customer meetings and presentations as required.
