Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Frito Lay Canada. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and sustaining a growing snack foods business with our retail customers.

Main Accountabilities:
  • Sales and Business Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service through delivery and merchandising, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage product placement on shelves, increase shelf facings and racks, and handle carton returns.
  • Develop and sustain assigned accounts relative to sales volume, market share, product distribution, space allocation, and customer service objectives.
  • Sell and execute national and local promotions, solicit placement of incremental marketing equipment, displays, and racks.
  • Manage inventory to ensure balanced accounts and fresh products for customers.
Requirements:
  • Valid full G or class 5 driver's license.
  • A car or reliable, consistent access to a car and a clear/clean driving record.
  • Scheduling flexibility: work schedule can vary (weekends/holidays included).
  • Previous sales experience with a consumer-packaged goods or retail organization preferred.
