Respiratory Therapist

We are seeking a Respiratory Therapist to join our team at the Nova Scotia Health Authority. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing respiratory care to patients in a hospital or medical facility setting. This includes assessing patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and educating patients and their families on respiratory health.
Education and ExperienceEducation: Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or a related field. Experience: Hospital or medical facility setting, with a focus on respiratory care. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses: Certificate of Registry from the Canadian Society of Respiratory Therapists - R.R.T.
Security and SafetyCriminal record check, immunization records, and vulnerable sector check are required. Screening questions will be asked to ensure the candidate has the necessary certifications.
