Job Description
Toronto Community Housing is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Integrity Officer to join our team. As a Corporate Integrity Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our organization by conducting thorough investigations into suspected fraud, criminal matters, and corporate misconduct.

About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting investigations into alleged illegal activities and misconduct of employees, residents, or companies in relation to Toronto Community Housing. This includes conducting interviews, compiling documentary evidence, analyzing information, and making recommendations on further action. You will also be required to maintain a thorough knowledge of legislation and procedures relevant to Toronto Community Housing while adhering to MFIPPA and PIPEDA rules.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct investigations into alleged illegal activities and misconduct
- Conduct questioning of victims, suspects, residents, and/or employees
- Compile documentary evidence and ensure it is properly organized for presentation
- Analyze information and determine viability of cases
- Prepare briefing notes, extensive reports, and make recommendations on further action

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' experience in investigative procedures and methodologies involving fraud, corporate, and criminal investigations
- College diploma in a relevant area would be an asset
- Thorough knowledge and experience in Federal, Provincial, and Municipal law
- Working knowledge of legislation applicable to Toronto Community Housing, including the Residential Tenancies Act, the Human Rights Code, and the Housing Services Act (formerly the Social Housing Reform Act)
