Experienced Dentist Required for Part-time Position at Patel Center

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality dental care and a commitment to patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough dental examinations, assessments, and diagnose oral health conditions.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences.
- Perform various dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, crowns, and cleanings.
- Educate patients on effective oral hygiene practices and preventive care strategies.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient office operations.
- Maintain accurate patient records using industry-standard software systems.
- Stay current with advancements in dentistry through ongoing education and professional development opportunities.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and infection control procedures within the dental office.
Requirements:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited dental institution.
- Prior experience in pediatrics is highly desirable but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with dental software systems such as Dentrix is preferred.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology related to dentistry.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.
- A commitment to providing compassionate care in a team-oriented environment.
Benefits and Compensation:
- The selected candidate can expect a competitive salary range of $213,723 to $236,431 per year, commensurate with experience.
- This part-time position offers 16-24 hours of work per week.
- The working schedule consists of an 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday.
