We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Winnipeg, Canada.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and contributing to the overall success of our store.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Maintain knowledge of products and promotions to provide accurate information.
  • Process transactions and handle cash register operations efficiently.
  • Organize and replenish merchandise on the sales floor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; retail experience is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and colleagues effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities to resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
