Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Banquet Server to join our team at Delta Hotels. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a seamless dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and present food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Communicate with guests to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Ensure that all food and beverage items are presented in a clean and organized manner.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest inquiries and concerns.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a food and beverage or hospitality role is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
