Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Banquet Server to join our team at Delta Hotels Victoria Ocean Pointe Resort. As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by preparing and serving food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Communicate with the kitchen and other staff members to ensure that all orders are fulfilled and that guests receive their food and beverages in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the banquet area, including tables, chairs, and other equipment.
  • Respond to and fulfill any special requests or needs of guests.
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure that all guests receive exceptional service.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Less than 1 year of related work experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and to stand for long periods of time.
