Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 681270 BC LTD dba McDonalds Restaurants. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Operations Management
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
    • Prepare budget and cost estimates
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met
  • Team Management
    • Supervise and check assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys
    • Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are aware of their responsibilities
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment
