Job Title: Home Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at Lynette Pagkaliwangan. As a Home Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks
  • Provide companionship and engage clients in activities that promote mental and physical well-being
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Assist clients with mobility and transfer activities, such as walking and using the bathroom
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
  • Permanent employment
  • Language of work: English or French
  • 40 hours per week
