Job Title: Home Support Worker

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at Rebecca Galmote. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide personal care and assistance to our clients in their homes, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care, including bathing and grooming
  • Assist with medication administration and management
  • Provide companionship and engage in activities with clients, such as exercise and hobbies
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals
  • Assist with laundry and household tasks
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work Setting:

Our Home Support Workers work in the clients' homes, providing personalized care and support. We offer optional accommodation at no charge on a live-in basis, but this is not a condition of employment.

Language:

English is the primary language spoken in this role.

Hours:

40 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate clients' needs.
