Job Title: Home Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Support Worker to join our team at Juanita Payacda. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide personal care and support to individuals in their homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and mobility
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Assist with light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals
  • Administer medications, as required
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • CPR Certificate and First Aid Certificate
  • Personal Support Worker Certificate or equivalent
Work Environment:

Our Home Support Workers work in a variety of settings, including private homes, group homes, and residential care facilities. They may work independently or as part of a team, and may be required to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
