**About the Role:**

We are seeking an Early Childhood Educator Assistant to join our team at Bambinos Bilingual Montessori Daycare. As an integral part of our childcare program, you will play a vital role in providing a nurturing and educational environment for young children.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Bathing, diapering, and feeding infants and toddlers;
  • Developing and implementing child-care programs that support physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development;
  • Assisting early childhood educators in carrying out programs promoting children's development;
  • L leading activities such as storytelling, teaching songs, and taking children on local outings;
  • Supporting record-keeping tasks and encouraging creativity through various mediums;
  • Guiding children in developing proper eating, dressing, and toilet habits;
  • Preparing snacks and arranging rooms or furniture for meals and rest periods;
  • Observing children for signs of potential learning or behavioral issues and preparing reports for parents or supervisors;
  • Discussing progress and problems with staff members at meetings;

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Diploma or equivalent experience in Early Childhood Education;
  • Child Development Assistant (ECE level 1) certification;
  • Emergency Child Care First Aid and CPR certification;
  • First Aid and CPR certificates;
