Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at Acushnet Canada Inc. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers and sales representatives.
Key Responsibilities- Assist customers and sales representatives with product information, sales programs, and order management.
- Administer sales programs by applying proper terms to each order and ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Answer customer inquiries about product availability and provide solutions to resolve issues.
- Analyze incoming inquiries and develop plans to resolve each in a timely manner.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer service and sales programs.
- Assist in training and development of new team members.
- Attend meetings with the Customer Service Manager and Supervisor to discuss departmental initiatives and activities.
- College diploma in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum one year of customer service experience.
- SAP experience required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient with a PC and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to sit for long periods and use a telephone.
- Golf industry knowledge and experience an asset.
- Bilingualism in French and English is an asset.
