Territory Development Manager – Underground Operations
Job Summary:Brandt is seeking a Territory Development Manager – Underground Operations to drive sales of Underground & Tree Care products in their assigned territory. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing our customer base, acquiring new customers, and executing a growth plan.
Key Responsibilities:- Sell new and used Underground & Tree Care equipment within the designated Area Of Responsibility (AOR).
- Travel across the AOR to cover all current and prospect-account locations.
- Grow our share of existing customer base's wallet spend, acquire new customers, and identify Key Strategic Customers.
- Keep current on customers' business activities and needs.
- Prepare and maintain customer status reports.
- Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies for the AOR.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry models.
- Complete sales documentation accurately and on time.
- Manage travel requirements and expenses.
- Enthusiastic, energetic, and goal-driven individual.
- Proven ability to build and grow sales in a defined territory.
- Familiarity with the trenching/plowing/drilling and/or tree care industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to travel throughout the AOR.
- Valid driver's license and passport.
- Bilingualism is considered an asset.
