Job Title: Industrial Designer

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Designer to join our team at Cascades Canada ULC. As an Industrial Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative products that meet our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and develop design concepts
  • Conduct research on materials, manufacturing processes, and user preferences to inform design decisions
  • Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed designs and prototypes
  • Analyze user behavior and preferences to optimize product design
  • Develop and maintain design standards and guidelines for the team
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in industrial design
  • Strong understanding of design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes
  • Proficiency in CAD software and design tools
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
