As a Cardiovascular Care Specialist with Interior Health Authority, you will be part of a supportive team that prioritizes continuous improvement and evidence-based practice.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive nursing care to cardiac patients, working both independently and collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team. You will enhance the quality of life for your patients and their families by consulting, conferring, and collaborating with other healthcare providers. Your clinical expertise will also enable you to maintain and advance your own competence in delivering patient-centered care.

You will participate on designated hospital committees/teams and approved research projects as assigned, contributing your skills and knowledge to drive excellence in healthcare delivery. This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow professionally while enjoying a work-life balance.

In terms of compensation, this position comes with a competitive salary, which is estimated to range from $85,000 to $115,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. About the Location:



Our state-of-the-art facility boasts 28 beds, including 18 monitored telemetry beds and 10 acute medical beds. The unit operates at a fast pace, handling a mix of high-acuity patients, medical cases, and cardiac telemetry patients, including those requiring pre- or post-operative monitoring.
