Key responsibilities include:

  • Organizing and managing a portfolio of contracts, supporting all aspects of negotiation.
  • Providing subject matter expertise in contract review, negotiation, drafting, implementation, and execution, primarily focusing on IT contracts.
  • Serving as an interface between Strategic Sourcing, Legal, external vendors, and the Business Line, interacting with senior management at various levels.
  • Driving results by meeting deadlines and providing direction on TD's Sourcing Policies and Procedures.
  • Collaborating with Risk Partners on contract-related matters.

Requirements include:

  • A minimum of 6 years' experience in a similar position.
  • Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to influence business outcomes through effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Highly organized, proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Proven time management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable communicating at all levels.
  • General knowledge of the TDBG organization structure and functions.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office suite of products.

Nice-to-have qualifications include a background in sourcing, coupled with contract management experience, as well as knowledge of Coupa and SAP-Ariba products.
