About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Friends Investments Limited. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff, including answering telephone calls, responding to electronic enquiries, and compiling data and statistics.
  • Office Management: Assist with the planning and control of budget and expenditures, and oversee the preparation of reports.
  • Customer Service: Respond to employee questions and complaints, and provide excellent customer service to our clients and stakeholders.
  • Communication: Establish and implement policies and procedures, and communicate effectively with staff and clients.
  • Organizational Skills: Perform data entry, perform basic bookkeeping tasks, and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
