Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead our Data Transformation initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing large-scale projects, ensuring timely delivery, and driving business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and driving results-oriented decision-making.
  • Manage project finances, resources, and risks, ensuring effective allocation and mitigation.
  • Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and trust.
  • Drive business agility through the adoption of Agile methodologies, ensuring flexibility and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of project management experience, with a focus on large-scale transformation initiatives.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Knowledge of project management tools, including Jira and Confluence.
