Job Title: Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at Global Pharma Tek. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading complex projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute project plans, including resource allocation and budgeting
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements and develop solutions
  • Manage project risks, issues, and changes, ensuring minimal impact on the project
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and lessons learned
Requirements:
  • At least years of experience in project management, preferably in the audio visual and IT industries
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of audio visual and IT technologies, including hardware and software
  • Experience with project management software, such as Microsoft Project
  • Certifications in project management, such as PMP or PRINCE2
