About the RoleThis regional role will see you partner with senior leaders and site management teams to oversee HR operations across locations, including Chatham (HQ), Slough, Reading, and other key sites. Your primary focus will be on driving People initiatives, supporting talent acquisition, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with stakeholders to align People strategies with business objectives and coach managers on HR policies and best practices.
- Multi-Site HR Support: Provide on-site HR support across locations, including workforce planning, recruitment, and employee lifecycle management.
- Talent Acquisition & Management: Work with the Talent Manager on recruitment, employee onboarding, and development initiatives.
- Learning & Development: Identify training needs and support professional development initiatives across the business.
- People Metrics: Use analytics to report on key HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to improve people strategies.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven HRBP experience, ideally with blue-collar or multi-site operations.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to influence senior leaders, and drive change.
- Ability to travel across multiple sites on an ad hoc basis, expenses paid.
