A Competitive Salary

The compensation package includes an estimated annual salary of $123,000 - $145,000, commensurate with experience, plus comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement Regulatory Strategies
    • Create and execute comprehensive regulatory plans to ensure compliance with Health Canada and FDA standards.
    • Lead the start-up and ongoing maintenance processes for clinical studies across all sites.
    • Maintain regulatory documentation integrity while ensuring adherence to company policies and health and safety standards.
  • Team Leadership and Development
    • Cultivate a high-performing team by mentoring, coaching, and developing staff to support their professional growth.
    • Oversee recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes to build a capable team.
    • Conduct performance evaluations and provide guidance on company policies and procedures.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work across departments to ensure regulatory activities align with the organization's broader strategic objectives.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in medical research, with demonstrated success in regulatory affairs.
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in team leadership and management within a regulatory or clinical research setting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.

Education

  • Graduate degree in science, health, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
