About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regulatory Affairs professional to join our team as a Regulatory Affairs Lead with Strategic Vision. As a key member of our regulatory affairs team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Job Summary
This is a leadership role that requires a strong understanding of regulatory affairs principles and practices. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and developing strategies to drive business growth.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 20 years of experience in pharmaceutical regulatory affairs in Canada. You should also have a Master's degree and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute business growth strategies
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry trends
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members
