We are seeking a skilled Bar Attendant to join our team at Quality Inn & Conference Centre. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by preparing and serving beverages in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain the bar area, including washing glassware and ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
  • Provide recommendations to guests on drink selections, taking into account their preferences and dietary requirements.
  • Process payments for beverages, including cash, credit, and debit transactions.
  • Record and balance beverage sales, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Order and maintain inventory of bar stock, including spirits, mixers, and garnishes.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks.
  • Take beverage orders from serving staff and directly from guests, ensuring prompt and efficient service.
  • Work collaboratively with the hospitality team to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.

Requirements:

  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Will train on the job.
  • Relocation costs covered by employer.
  • Permanent position.
  • 35-40 hours per week.
  • Work Language: English.
