About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Marketing Director to join our team at Varicent. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in furthering our key go-to-market initiatives and supporting product, marketing, and sales effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to drive revenue growth and market share expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, marketing, and customer success, to align on product positioning, messaging, and sales enablement.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify market opportunities, trends, and competitor activity.
  • Lead the development of compelling content, including product positioning, messaging, and buyer personas, to support sales cycles and drive pipeline growth.
  • Support the development of product roadmaps and feature messaging, working closely with product management teams.
  • Drive marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth, including demand generation, lead nurturing, and account-based marketing.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to build and execute high-response campaigns, and provide sales enablement support to ensure effective product positioning and messaging.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including analysts, influencers, and partners, to drive thought leadership and industry recognition.
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of go-to-market strategies and programs, using data and analytics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of B2B technology experience, with a strong background in sales performance management.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in product marketing roles, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and market share expansion.
  • Strong understanding of messaging frameworks, storytelling methodologies, and value-based messaging.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear, compelling content and presentations.
  • Collaborative leadership style, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and drive insights to inform decision-making.
