Job Title: Technical Support Specialist - Information Technology

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at IT Minds Inc. as a key member of our IT department.

Job Summary:

The Technical Support Specialist will provide technical assistance and support to our clients and internal teams, ensuring that their IT needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues
  • Assist clients with IT-related queries and concerns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve IT services
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of Jira, Intranet, Internet, and MS Office
