About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team at Golden Growth Investments Inc. As an Administrative Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our team members in their daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our team members, including preparing reports, managing documents, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, including coordinating travel arrangements, managing supplies, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the planning and coordination of projects, including setting priorities, managing timelines, and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, and maintain accurate financial records.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and proficiency in MS Office.
