Job Title: Project/Programme Support Specialist

About the Role:
- We are seeking a highly skilled Project/Programme Support Specialist to join our team at IFG - International Financial Group.
- As a key member of our team, you will provide comprehensive support to project/programme managers, ensuring efficient resource utilization, managing communications, and maintaining project governance controls.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee time recording and resource demands made by project/programme teams, ensuring accurate and meaningful recording.
- Provide full range of project and resourcing support on selected projects and programmes.
- Coordinate and maintain timely and accurate Management Information (MI), effectively communicating it within the organization.
- Ensure projects and programmes operate within defined Project Governance controls and meet required recording standards.
- Provide financial and resource planning and management support to projects and programmes.
- Assist in planning activities required to support project and programme governance.
- Develop and maintain resource estimates, tracks and forecasts resource movements and spend.
- Coordinate and lead various forums/meetings in support of project/programme managers.
- Train and support colleagues on process and tools usage.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5-7 years of work-related experience.
- Certifications or Credentials in Project Management or Program Management highly preferred.
- Strong project management experience with a minimum of 5 years.
- Excellent meeting facilitation and coordination skills, including written and oral communication.
- Proficiency in MS365 tools: Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint.
