Paradigm Consulting Group is seeking a Senior Healthcare Business Transformation Specialist to join our team of experts in delivering significant initiatives and enabling our customers to maximize their investments in their business processes and information technology.

About the Role:

  1. Participate in the transformation of the provincial healthcare system to improve patient care and support strategic healthcare system alignment.
  2. Provide expertise through insight and oversight of analysis activities, establishing reusable analysis artifacts, and contributing to overall organizational redesign planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Implement change in a healthcare setting, such as a hospital in an acute care, primary care, or long-term care environment.
  2. Perform analysis on current state and future state business processes, identifying gaps, and making gap recommendations to stakeholders.
  3. Utilize Prosci methodology in change management activities.
  4. Develop and deliver training to clinical resources to support changes to business processes and new information systems.
  5. Model and facilitate assessments/workshops working with senior healthcare practitioners to deliver significant changes to the delivery of healthcare services.
  6. Demonstrate highly effective interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  7. Develop or modify clinical workflows.
  8. Provide guidance to other team members and direct analysis work leading to large-scale business transformations.
  9. Experience with clinical applications, such as Allscripts, Centricity, Pharmacy, ADT, CPOE, RIS, PACS, EMR.
  10. Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Business or Systems Analysis is a strong asset.
  11. Relevant certifications, such as CBAP, Prosci, PRINCE2, and ITIL, would be an asset.
  12. Administrative or clinical experience obtained via working in the medical field is desirable.
