Job Overview

Pioneer is seeking an experienced Merchandise Operations Manager to join our team. This role plays a critical part in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Floor Management: Assign sales workers to duties, ensuring effective coverage and excellent customer service.
  • Inventory Control: Organize and maintain inventory levels, preventing stock shortages and overstocking.
  • Merchandise Procurement: Order merchandise in line with business needs, optimizing inventory turnover and cash flow.
  • Return and Refund Process: Authorize return of merchandise and manage refunds efficiently.
  • Cash Handling: Manage cash transactions accurately, maintaining a secure environment for all stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in retail management or a related field.
Working Conditions
  • Team Size: 1 to 2 people under direct supervision.
  • Work Term: Permanent position.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 32 hours per week.
Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000, based on industry standards and location factors.
