At RONA, we're looking for a Senior Analyst, E-Commerce to join our team and help drive business growth through data-driven decision making.

We operate or service corporate and affiliated dealer stores with a distinctive product and service offering. Our RONA+, RONA, and Dick's Lumber banners are well-equipped to meet the needs of all DIYers and contractors.

The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and communicating complex data from various sources. They will develop recurring and ad hoc reporting solutions using web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, highlighting key trends and improvement opportunities.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and investigative skills, as well as the ability to distill findings into impactful, actionable insights presented clearly and understandably to various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Transforming complex behavioral data into understandable insights and recommendations aligned with the online service strategy and programs
  • Developing and implementing online conversion optimization strategies based on collected data
  • Designing, creating, and maintaining ad hoc and self-service dashboards using data visualization tools
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to enhance analytical capabilities and identify opportunities

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in e-commerce, business intelligence, marketing, or a related field
  • 5-8 years of experience in web data analysis
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of web analytics platforms
  • Advanced knowledge of data modeling and visualization tools, as well as Office tools
  • Ability to effectively prioritize different projects and navigate in a constantly evolving environment

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include a retirement savings plan, annual bonuses, student incentive program, exclusive employee discounts, and career growth opportunities within the company.
