**Chargé(e) e-commerce et webmarketing**

**(Poste basé au CANADA/QUEBEC)**

Vous intégrez une équipe dynamique et travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les services Marketing et Digital de la maison mère en France. Vous participez à la vie de l’équipe et contribuez à l’ambiance collaborative. Vous prenez en charge le pilotage et l’animation de l’activité Market places et en particulier AMAZON sur le Canada et les USA.

Poste basé à BOUCHERVILLE (QUEBEC).

**Vous aurez pour missions principales**:
AMAZON:

- Mise en place de la stratégie Commerciale et logistique Amazon (Vendor et Seller) pour le Canada et les USA
- Recommandations et mise en place des assortiments (création du catalogue et fiches produits)
- Optimisation de la visibilité et du contenu
- Gérer les campagnes sur Amazon Ads.
- Préparation et suivi des évènements AMAZON (Black Friday, Prime Day )
- Gestion des commandes et des litiges.
- Analyse de nos performances.

MARKET PLACES
- Identification des Market places (Essentiellement Canada) et mise en place des assortiments.
- Optimisation de la visibilité et du contenu.
- Gestion des commandes et des litiges.

**En missions secondaires**:
SITE INSTITUTIONNEL
- Suivre et tenir à jour le site (site non-marchand).

COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT
- En lien avec les équipes en France participer à la visibilité de notre société sur les réseaux sociaux Canadien et USA.
- Mise en place des partenariats (influenceurs).

MARKETING DIGITAL
- Support Marketing, auprès de l’équipe commerciale (Datas, photos, Vidéos) et à destination de nos clients traditionnels.

**Profil recherché**:
Vous disposez d’une expérience réussie sur un poste similaire (+ de 2 ans) et vous êtes idéalement issu.e d’une formation dans le domaine du e-commerce et/ou du marketing digital.

Vous êtes reconnu.e pour vos connaissances et la maîtrise des leviers d’acquisition du e-commerce et du webmarketing.

Votre niveau en français vous permet d’assurer un échange commercial à l’écrit comme à l’oral.

La connaissance d’un CMS e-commerce (Magento 2, Prestashop, Shopify ) serait appréciée.

**E-commerce and webmarketing manager**

Join a dynamic team and work closely with the Marketing and Digital departments of the sister company in France. You will participate in the life of the team and contribute to the collaborative atmosphere. You will be responsible for managing and running the Market Places business, particularly AMAZON in Canada and in the US.

**Your main tasks will be**

AMAZON:

- Implementing the Amazon sales and logistics strategy (Vendor and Seller) for Canada and the USA
- Recommendations and implementation of assortments (product catalogue to be created)
- Optimising visibility and content
- Manage Amazon Ads campaigns.
- AMAZON events (Black Friday, Prime Day, etc.) : preparing and follow up
- Performance analysis.

MARKET PLACES
- Identifying Market Places (Canada) and setting up assortments.
- Optimising visibility and content.

**Secondary tasks**:
CORPORATE WEBSITE:

- Monitoring and updating the website (the company's non-commercial site).

COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT
- Working with the French team, participate in the visibility of our company on the North American networks.
- Setting up partnerships (influencers, brands, customers ).

DIGITAL MARKETING
- Marketing support for the sales team (data, photos, videos) and for our traditional customers.

**Required profile**:
You have successful experience in a similar position (more than 2 years) and ideally have a background in e-commerce and/or digital marketing.

You are recognised for your knowledge and mastery of e-commerce and webmarketing acquisition levers.

Your level of French will enable you to communicate effectively in both written and spoken form.

Knowledge of an e-commerce CMS (Magento 2, Prestashop, Shopify, etc.) would be appreciated.
