  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, establishing work schedules and ensuring efficient use of resources.
Support for Newcomers and Refugees:
  • Assist with immediate settlement needs, such as housing, transportation, and childcare.
  • Support social and labour market integration, facilitating access to community resources, language training, and skills training.
Support for Indigenous People:
  • Offer mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities for Indigenous workers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses, and organizations.
  • Provide cultural competency training and awareness training to all employees, creating a welcoming work environment.

Requirements: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field. English language proficiency is required.

Work Term: Permanent

Work Language: English

Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
