The Toronto-Dominion Bank (Canada) is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Wealth Contact Center team as a Wealth Contact Center Professional. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and tracking process irritants and points of friction, collaborating with partners across Wealth and the Contact Center to plan, develop, manage, and execute client and colleague irritant programs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs and opportunities
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance colleague skills and knowledge
- Conduct analysis and provide insights to inform business decisions
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a contact center or customer-facing role
- Proven track record of process improvement and efficiency gains
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
