Job Title: Floor Covering Foreman/Woman

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Floor Covering Foreman/Woman to join our team at System One Floor Solutions Inc.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, coordinating and scheduling activities, estimating costs and materials, and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of floor covering installers and labourers
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment
  • Organized and reliable with excellent communication skills
