Job Title: Floor Covering Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Floor Covering Supervisor to join our team at System One Floor Solutions Inc.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of floor covering installers and labourers, coordinating and scheduling activities, estimating costs and materials, and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of floor covering installers and labourers
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field
  • Or equivalent experience
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work outdoors in a noisy, dusty environment. They will be required to travel to various locations.
