Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our team at 17H Inc. As a key member of our hospitality staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel facilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to ensure a safe and clean environment for guests.
  • Dust furniture and fixtures to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to remove dirt and allergens.
  • Make beds and change sheets to provide a comfortable sleeping experience for guests.
  • Distribute clean towels and toiletries to meet the needs of our guests.
  • Stock linen closets to ensure a smooth operation of our housekeeping services.
  • Clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to maintain hygiene standards.
  • Disinfect operating rooms and other areas to prevent the spread of germs.
  • Handle and report lost and found items to reunite them with their rightful owners.
  • Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Provide basic information on hotel facilities to assist guests in navigating our property.
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene to provide a high level of care.
  • Launder clothing and household linens to maintain a fresh and clean supply.
  • Mend clothing and linens to extend their lifespan.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain the overall cleanliness of our hotel.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 month of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
  • Availability for shift or on-call work to accommodate guest needs.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.
