17H Inc is seeking a highly motivated and organized Hotel Front Desk Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate the hotel's front desk system to check-in/check-out guests, manage room assignments, and process payments.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, including complaints and compliments.
  • Monitor and control front desk cash handling, ensuring accuracy and security of funds.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure timely and efficient guest services.
  • Assist with special events and functions as needed.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required.
  • 1-6 months of previous customer service experience an asset.
  • Prior experience in a hospitality or related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
