About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at Straightway Financial Inc. as an Operations Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations.
    • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
  • Office Operations
    • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
    • Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Task Management
    • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Delegate work to office support staff and provide guidance and support as needed.
    • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Communication
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
