Administrative Coordinator

Tulip E-Commerce and Logistics is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our establishment.
Key Responsibilities- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with our organizational goals and objectives.
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met, ensuring a high level of productivity and efficiency.
- Carry out administrative activities, including administering policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with organizational policies.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate communication with stakeholders.
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring a high level of efficiency and productivity.
- Plan and control budget and expenditures, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- High level of integrity and reliability, with a strong commitment to confidentiality and discretion.
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced office environment.
- Post-secondary education in a related field, such as business administration or office administration.
- Knowledge of government access to information and privacy legislation, as well as related policies and procedures.
