Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at S & J Trude Holdings Inc. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food and service meet quality control standards.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and Implement Operational Procedures
Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Supervise and Coordinate StaffSupervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, providing guidance and support as needed.
Train and Develop StaffTrain staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, ensuring that all staff are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
Manage Inventory and SuppliesEstimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that all inventory is managed effectively.
Ensure Quality ControlEnsure that all food and service meet quality control standards, addressing any issues promptly and effectively.
Manage Customer ServiceAddress customers' complaints or concerns, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all issues are resolved promptly.
Manage Records and ReportsMaintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage, providing accurate and timely reports as required.
Supervise Delivery of Food TrolleysSupervise and check the delivery of food trolleys, ensuring that all food is delivered safely and efficiently.
Establish Work SchedulesEstablish work schedules, ensuring that all staff are aware of their duties and responsibilities.

Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role is required.
LanguageEnglish is the primary language of communication in this role.
Work Hours30 to 40 hours per week is the typical work schedule for this role.
