About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Decision Support Specialist to join our team at Brockton and Area Family Health Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing data-driven insights to inform our healthcare programs and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice to senior managers and officials on data-driven decision making
  • Maintain, update, and manage health information databases to ensure accuracy and reliability
  • Compile and analyze statistical information from private and public healthcare institutions and organizations to inform program development and evaluation
  • Produce high-quality reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Monitor and evaluate healthcare programs to ensure effectiveness and efficiency
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement health and wellness projects and programs
  • Conduct evaluations and assessments of health projects and programs to inform future initiatives
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP education in a relevant field (e.g. health administration, epidemiology, data analysis)
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field (e.g. healthcare data analysis, epidemiology, program evaluation)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
