Culinary Specialist

Buddha is seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, as well as training staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.

• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
• Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
• Order supplies and equipment
• Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
• Clean kitchen and work areas

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
• Attention to detail
• Fast-paced environment
