Key Responsibilities- Provide schedule planning support to healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care in the provision of service delivery.
- Appropriately schedule staff to meet the needs of clients and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Update and maintain electronic client databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- File and maintain client records in a secure and confidential manner.
- Perform data entry of client, employee, and billing information with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing efficient and effective support.
- Provide support to billing activities, including generating and distributing scheduling and billing reports.
- Investigate and follow up on errors or discrepancies in services ordered or provided.
- Must be available to work days, evenings, and weekends.
- Intermediate data entry and keyboarding skills.
- Experience using a PC database.
- Intermediate reading comprehension and excellent verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated customer service skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Adaptability and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
