Chief Practice and Technology Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Practice and Technology Officer to join our team at BBA. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of our engineering practices and technological systems.
Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing a comprehensive technology and practice strategy that aligns with our firm's goals. You will also be responsible for spearheading the alignment of our technological resources, expertise, and practices with our strategic objectives.
In addition, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and continually improving practice standards to enhance service delivery, client satisfaction, and business performance. You will also ensure that our practice areas meet industry standards and comply with regulations.
Furthermore, you will be responsible for integrating advanced technology and software into engineering to boost efficiency, innovation, and quality, speed of delivery, and quality of deliverables. You will also foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and professional development within our teams, across all regions, and practices.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering development methodologies and emerging trends, as well as experience in developing and launching innovative, profitable products and solutions. You will also have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate people and lead change.
